PATH DEVELOPMENT
This itinerary is designed to facilitate those who want to leave and return to Bari, taking advantage of the train from Lecce, the final stop. It is an excellent solution for those who have few days available and want to taste a succulent piece of Puglia. It starts from Bari station and reaches Capurso then enters the South-East of Bari and then alternates between the Adriatic coast and the inland up to the capital of Salento, Lecce.
The itineraries are suitable for any type of bike because they are only asphalted stretches. Our routes are designed to meet the security needs of cyclists so they are mostly in low-traffic places, paved country roads or touching points of interest that only we locals know.

Bari - South-East of Bari – Trulli's Murgia – Itria Valley – Lecce
From the Bari station you will move towards the ancient Church of Ognissanti which will take you directly to the town of Capurso, then you will pass through the best historical centers of the South-East of Bari up to the capital of the trulli and Unesco heritage, Alberobello.
The sea is an inevitable component of Puglia and you will see Polignano and Monopoli, so we recommend a nice swim because then you will leave the sea to get to know two of the four villages that enclose the Itria valley or Locorotondo and Ostuni. The last track will take you to the baroque city of Lecce where you can take the regional train suitable for transporting bikes and return to Bari.
